Institute of Professional Education & Research (IPER) being one of the premier B-School in Central India is trying to live up to its name and expectation especially student’s expectations by providing world class campus/ placement assistance to its PGDM and MBA students during both final and summer placement

As of May 17, 2014, 67 organizations across various sectors/industries extended the job offers to IPER’s students (2012-14 batch) for final placements. As far as Summer Placement for 2013-15 batch is concerned, IPER achieved 100% summer placement for eligible (grade A & B) candidates.

IPS & Co. selected 1 student from IPER’s MBA programme. IPS & Co. is the new addition in this year’s IPER’s campus placement programme. Company is offering a position of “Trainee – Consultant” with a package of 2.0 lakh/annum.

• Vodafone. India Ltd. Campus Details– May 16, 2014

Vodafone India Ltd., formerly Vodafone Essar Ltd., is the 2^nd largest mobile network operator in India by subscriber base. It is based out of Mumbai (MS) and has approximately 160 million customers as of Dec’2013.

As part of campus placement drive for 2012-14, IPER’s 33 students (19 MBA + 14 PGDM) took part in a closed campus drive of Vodafone on 16^th May 2014. This is 2^nd year a row that Vodafone came to IPER for campus recruitment. Vodafone is offering a position of “HR Executive” with a package of 2.5+ LPA.

Out of these Thirty-Three candidates, 11 (7 MBA + 4 PGDM)cleared GD Round and were shortlisted for 1^st round of interview @IPER campus. Out of above 11, Three (1 MBA + 2 PGDM) cleared 1^st round of interview and were short-listed for final round of company/HR interview @Vodafone.

• AXIS – Mutual Fund Campus Details

Axis Mutual Fund (www.axismf.com) is part of AXIS Group (Axis Bank Ltd. is the 3^rd largest private sector bank in India). Axis Mutual Fund launched its operation Jan’ 2010. Company offers A-well-rounded product suite that consists of 32 Schemes (5 Equity, 18 Debt, 7 Hybrid, 1 Gold FOF & 1 Gold ETF) and has managed to build the trust of over 4,00,000 investors in over 600 Indian towns.

As part of IPER’s campus placement drive for 2012-14, IPER’s 17 students (16 MBA + 1 PGDM) appeared in an off-campus interview process of AXIS MF on 12^th May 2014. Company is offering a position of “Relationship Manager” with a package of 1.8 -to- 2.4 lacks per annum.

Out of above 17 candidates, Three (3 MBA) were short-listed for final round of company/HR interview.
