A Day Full of Corporate Wisdom at IPER MBA!
Today was a fantastic day of learning, interaction and inspiration at IPER MBA!
Our students from Batch 2026-28, had the opportunity to interact with two accomplished professionals:

Ms. Radhika spoke about building a career in management and emphasised the role of confidence in helping young professionals enter and navigate the corporate world.
Nishit JainChief Operating Officer & P&L Head – DB Corp Ltd.
Mr. Nishit shared valuable insights on the journey from campus to corporate, highlighting how resilience, dedication and taking responsibility can make a real difference in achieving one’s goals.
Both sessions inspired our students to look beyond simply getting a job — and focus on taking ownership of their journey, developing confidence and consistently working towards their aspirations.
