Summer Placements [Batch 2013-15]

Summer placements aka Summer Internship is a key part of any B-School’s PGDM & MBA programme; as an intern, a management student get a chance to see business from up-close. During summer internships students get a chance to apply theoretical knowledge (gained @classroom learning) in a real life business situation. Summer Internships helps students develops an all-inclusive viewpoint of the practical aspects of businesses.

In-spite of uncertain economic environment, the Summer Placement Season for PGDM & MBA 2013-15 Batch of Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) is seeing a great turnout and it justifies IPER’s brand as one of the premier B-Schools in Central India.

Till 30^th April 2014, 50 companies belonging to diverse sectors like FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, Hospitality, Consulting, IT, etc. offering a multitude of wide-ranging profiles and giving our students an opportunity to work in corporate business environment as an Intern.

For past 17 years, IPER demonstrated its strength by offering quality education and providing quality talent pool to the industry and their recognition of the same. Best placements continued to be the norm and tradition at IPER. Numerous new profiles were offered by regular recruiters such as Keansai Nerolac, Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), further consolidating their mutual fruitful association with IPER.

Till April 30^th 2014, IPER placed 93%+ its PGDM Students & 60%+ of their eligible MBA students into summer internship/placement. For Summer Placements, apart from regular recruiters, other firms have continued to recognize the talent and growth potential of IPER and its students, such as Lupin Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Gamon India Ltd., Karvy Stock Broking Ltd., IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Company), AMUL, Reckitt Benckiser, Zee Media, HEG Ltd., Tata Tele Services, AXIS Bank, SMV Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (PEPSI), Coca Cola, Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts, HyperCITY Retail India Pvt. Ltd., etc…. All above and many more companies shown their faith and support in IPER’s talent.
