Recruitment Drive: Kent RO, Asian Paints, Capital Via

A five day recruitment drive for different sector jobs by Kent RO, Asian Paints, Capital Via and Reliance Retail was held at IPER. The average package offered by these companies was around 3.87 lacs per annum. Selection process followed by these companies included written (aptitude) test, GD (Group Discussion) & PI (Personal Interview).

Asian Paints had conducted Pool Campus for  different colleges and many colleges participated including – SIRT, LNCT, Oriental College of Management and Jaipuria, Indore.

Students get entire training of how to crack campus effectively in IPER campus. The main vision of our institute is providing managerial skills and also try to enhance it. In addition, there are several kinds of students are scared during campus drive due to several reasons such as – lack of confidence level, technical knowledge, presentation skills and many more.

With economic gloom in view, institutes across are concentrating on placements by conducting various activities and workshops for their students thus helping them to boost their skills during recruitments. Those students selected in campus drive expressed their level of excitement and they know that they have really worked hard for it.
