It was a proud moment for all of us at IPER as we welcomed back one of our own — Ms. Sonal Mehta, an IPER MBA (Batch 2005–07) alumna and currently the Manager at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group), serving as the Admin Head for MP & CG.
In today’s guest lecture on “HR Insights”, Ms. Mehta shared her incredible journey and deep knowledge of the HR domain. From discussing the evolving HR landscape to the key skills and competencies required to thrive in the corporate world — the session was a treasure trove of learning for our budding professionals.
