IPER’s Testimony to “Quality Education” & “Excellent Placement”

A “Quality Education” is one of the significant tool you will need to take-off a meaningful and successful career. For over 16+ years, IPER has provided “Excellent Academics” as part of the quality education through its career-oriented business management programs (MBA & PGDM) to thousands of students and tried to integrate the quality education with “Excellent Corporate Placements” to set students on the path to satisfying careers.

As of Feb’ 2014, 58 organizations across various sectors/industries extended the job offers to IPER’s students.

  • Woodland’s Campus Details

As part of placement drive for 2012-14 batch, IPER’s 18 students took part in pooled campus drive of Woodland at VNS, Bhopal on 14th Feb 2014. IPER students were accompanied by Prof. Sujoy Sen, Asst. Prof. (IPER). Woodland was offering a position of “Store Manager /Fashion Consultant” with a package of 2.4 lakh per annum. Per pre-placement talk, Woodland will be giving 4 months training at Goa to selected students where they will be provided free boarding and after that relocation anywhere in India based on their performance in training.

Total 57 candidates from 4 different colleges took part in Woodland’s pooled campus drive. The Round 1 of campus recruitment process started with a Group Discussion (GD), out of fifty-seven students 17 were shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) of which 10 were from IPER (7 MBA + 3 PGDM).

Round 2 (Personal interview), out of seventeen students which cleared Round 1, 8 candidates were shortlisted for final round i.e. HR interview. Out of these eight candidates, 6 (4 MBA + 2 PGDM) were from IPER and 2 were from VNS, i.e. three-forth (75%) students are from IPER

  • Vardhaman Group (M/S Anant Spinning Mills, Mandideep, Bhopal)

Vardhman Group is a leading textile conglomerate in India having a turnover of $1009 mn. Spanning over 25 manufacturing facilities in five states across India, the Group business portfolio includes Yarn, Greige and Processed Fabric, Sewing Thread, Acrylic Fibre and Alloy Steel

During 2011-13 placement drive, Vardhman selected 2 students from IPER. Out of those 2 IPER alumni, one was adjusted as “Best Trainee” in all of their 21 circles. IPERians Rocks!!!

This year too Vardhman extended their offer to IPER students. Company is offering a position of “Executive Trainee” with a package of 2.5 lakh per annum.  IPER’s 13 students took part in company’s campus placement process at M/S Anant Spinning Mills, Mandideep (Bhopal) on 21st Feb 2014. Apart from IPER, four other college students took part in it. IPER students were accompanied by Prof. Sujoy Sen, Asst. Prof. (IPER).

Total 35 candidates from 5 different colleges took part in Vardhaman’s campus placement drive. The Round 1 of recruitment process started with a Written Test, out of thirty-fife students 20 were shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) of which 10 were from IPER. All “Ten” IPER students cleared the GD Round and were asked to participate for Personal Interview (PI) on 26th Feb 2014 at Mandideep (Bhopal)
