As part of placement drive for 2012-14 batch, MMFSL (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd.) visited IPER’s campus on 25th Jan 2014 to recruit “Management Trainees”.
MMFSL (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. is one of India’s leading Rural NBFC headquartered in Mumbai, India. It is amongst the top tractor financer in India and offers a wide range of financial products to address varied customer requirements. The NBFC has 657 offices spread across over 1.3 lac villages across India with a total of 2.5 Million customers till date.
MMFSL started the recruitment process at IPER with a Pre-Placement Talk/Presentation. The presentation spoke about “Management Trainee” profile which company was offering, company’s work culture, company’s future plans and how the journey will be for new recruits at MMFSL. MMFSL offered a package of 4.8+ lakh per annum for MT position.
MMFSL’s recent past campus recruitment record of 2.3% (i.e. 14 out of 600 applicants) made the campus recruitment process little bit tougher. The lengthy grilling campus recruitment process started with a written test.

- No. of Student’s cleared GD & called for PI -13 (PGDM: 6, MBA:7)
- Finally Shortlisted Students for Psychometric Test (27/1/14) -4 (PGDM:1, MBA:3)
