Moving ahead in this theme, IPER-MBA organized Corporate Connect session wherein Mr. Shivam Desai, Zonal HR, West Zone for NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. (A Regular Recruiter at IPER) was in conversation with the 3rd Semester students of IPER-MBA as he discussed about “Relevance of HR Department in an Organization and Prospective Career Opportunities for Freshers in HR Domain”
It was an amazingly interactive session where after the initial talk, Mr. Shivam Desai also answered the queries that were there in the minds of students of IPER-MBA.
