According to Nielsen India’s (formerly ORG Marg) Campus Recruiter Index (CRI) 2014, FMCG is the most preferred sector for Campus Placements. The FMCG sector, the fourth year in a row, has been rated by Indian B-school students as the most preferred (34%) sector for employment while Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) tops the list of preferred FMCG employers, followed by P&G (2nd) and ITC (5th). These are the findings of the Campus Track Business School Survey 2013, conducted by Nielsen India during Oct-Nov 2013 with over 1600 respondents in 35 Top MBA colleges in India
IPER maintained its forte in providing recruitment opportunity to its students in FMCG sector. During 2013-15 placement season, FMCG was one among the highest recruiting domain. HUL, ITC, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Colgate Palmolive, Nestle, among others offered roles in Sales and Marketing and Supply Chain functions.
