Ltd., Banking and Lectureship experience in Institutes of repute like ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai, TIMSR, Mumbai. She has published and presented 17 research papers in National & International Conferences. She has led the Women Development Cell and Research Cell as a Convener.

Title of Ph.D. was “A Study on Acceptance for e-Payment Methods with Special Reference to Consumers of Major Cities in Madhya Pradesh”. MBA with Marketing Specialization from G.S. College, Nagpur University in 2004.
