Before joining IPER, she has been faculty member of St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur and guest faculty at University of Allahabad, Prayagraj.

He is UGC NET qualified. 3 years of teaching experience in Dept. of Management Studies and 22 years of experience of working in Corporates in Pharmaceutical Industry. Company’s like Alembic Pharma, Ozone pharma, Torrent Pharma, Franco Indian Pharma, Stedman Pharma and Idem Health Products at different managerial level.
