PEPS (Placement Eligibility and Preparation Sessions)

PEPS (Placement Eligibility and Preparation Sessions)

PEPS (Placement Eligibility and Preparation Sessions) is an integral component of our comprehensive approach to preparing MBA 1st and 2nd Semester students for successful participation in the campus placement process. From the very beginning of their academic journey at IPER, we have focused on bridging the gap between the current potential of our students and the requirements of the industry

PEPS is designed to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in various aspects of the placement process, including Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI). Through a structured curriculum and practical training sessions, students are exposed to simulated GDs and PIs, allowing them to gain hands-on experience and develop their communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Our dedicated team of experienced faculty members and industry professionals guide and mentor the students throughout the PEPS program. They provide valuable insights, conduct mock interviews, and provide constructive feedback to help students identify and work on their areas of improvement. The program also incorporates guest lectures, industry interactions, and workshops to provide students with a holistic understanding of the corporate world and its expectations.

At IPER, we believe that the success of our students in the placement process is a testament to the quality of education and training they receive. The PEPS program is one of the many initiatives we undertake to ensure our students are well-prepared and confident to face the challenges of the corporate world. Through these efforts, we aim to consistently produce industry-ready professionals who can make a significant impact in their chosen fields
