Induction Day Program : UG 2016-19 Batch
“A Beginning”, aptly titled this year’s Induction Day program for the third batch (2016 – 2019) of new IPER UG students. The newly admitted students were issued kits along with schedule of the Day’s activities, followed by Lamp Lighting in Auditorium. Program started with Floral welcome of Guests Shri R. K. Sadhwani, Secretary Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti, parent body of IPER and Shri Narendra Rawtani, Treasure Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti, parent body of IPER was held.
In his welcome address, Prof. (Dr.) Amarjeet Singh Khalsa, Group Director, IPER Group of Institutions told the gathering that the teachers in IPER are different from what other institutions have. He said that our teachers actually wear the shoes and think as new students before making the teaching methodology for the freshers. They are constantly on their toes for making you all a good citizen in the end. He called upon the youths stepping into their college life to do everything honestly and become part of civilized society.
Mr. Narendra Rawtani, in his address to the new students assured them that IPER will offer one of the best pedagogy and our faculty will always be well prepared to answer their queries. We have been learning from our past Legacy, past Directors, past Alumnis and their suggestion have always been adopted for giving the best, he said. He gave a four mantra to the new students to be successful, first Focus what you want to become, decide now as these three years will fly by quickly, second he said about conducting yourself in the college should be gracious so that you don’t have to look down at any point of time. Third is communication, start working on it if you are not comfortable in language and he assured the students that Faculty in IPER will help them to overcome this aspect, lastly fourth was enjoy, the life of IPER will give you ample opportunity to have pleasant time along with learning.
Thereafter, IPER journey was showcased by Mr. Rahul Choubey, Faculty IPER highlighting the milestones IPER achieved in the past twenty years.
Ms. Aditi Singh, Faculty IPER UG introduced to the new students with details of all the Faculties of IPER UG.
The program ended with Vote of thanks proposed by HOD Commerce, Prof. (Dr.) Upasana Sharma, IPER UG. While thanking the Board of Directors, she mentioned about their valuable contribution in bringing the IPER UG to this success level. She thanked the Group Director Sir for being a force behind IPER UG team to continuously perform and give their best. She also thanked Departmental Mentors for their continuous guidance and support.
After a short break, IPER UG seniors performed cultural program for making the event light and friendly, showcasing their talent to the freshers.
