It is our distinct pleasure to extend an invitation to the distinguished educators and scholars to participate in the Faculty Development Program on Contemporary Management Theories and Practices. Meticulously curated by the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) in collaboration with the Faculty of Management BU-Bhopal, this one-week initiative is poised to be a beacon of educational excellence, fostering a profound understanding of contemporary management theories.
India is set to become the third-largest economy by the year 2030, and it is expected to be the fastest-growing major economy in the following three years. Specifically to mention the most highlighted factor is its dynamic economic landscape that is constantly evolving at the fastest pace.
About IPER:

The program aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the dynamic landscape of contemporary management theories. The inaugural keynote session, focusing on ‘Business and Economic Environment, will set the tone for an intellectual exploration. This will be complemented by an introductory session delving into the intricacies of modern management practices, laying a solid foundation for the week ahead.
Association with the University:
In collaboration with Barkatullah University, this FDP signifies a strategic alliance between academic rigor and real-world applicability. Day 1: Registration, Keynote, and Introduction
Utility: Establishes a solid foundation by introducing participants to the program’s objectives and the overarching theme. The keynote session on ‘Business and Economic Environment’ provides a macroscopic view, essential for contextualizing subsequent discussions.
Day 2: Exploring Fin-Tech and AI in Management Pedagogy

Day 5: Case Teaching and Teacher’s Understanding of Case Lets

Day 6: Functional Data Analysis, Sum-up, and Valedictory
