Prof. Nikita has done her masters in Psychology (with merit) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She has done Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Barkatullah University and PGDCA from Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal. She has been a Counsellor at Govt. Geetanjali Girls College, Bhopal. She is currently pursuing her PhD. in Psychology from RNTU University, Bhopal.
