Prof (Dr.) Sneha Shukla is pursuing her PhD in Human Resource Outsourcing Practices. She has done Master of Business administration in Human Resource Management from BU Bhopal, and a Science Graduate from DAVV Indore. She has 12 years of academic experience along with training & Placement department. Prior to the academics, she had worked as the HR professional in the BPO industry.
