Prof. Pallavi holds a teaching experience of 3 years in VIT Bhopal University in role within her full-time doctoral programme. Her teaching interests includes various subjects from Finance and Human Resources. She is presently pursuing doctorate in Finance (Management) from VIT Business School, VIT Bhopal University. She has undertaken her PhD. topic as Sustainable Microfinance.

She has undertaken her PhD. topic as Sustainable Microfinance. As part of research experience, she has a couple of papers published in reputed Scopus Indexed Journals. She also has two book chapters published with IGI global publishers and Springer publishers. Her areas of research interests include, microfinance and its sustenance, Green Bonds, ESG Bonds, Sustainable Bonds, Indian Sustainable Indices. She also carries an industry experience of 1 year from Banking Industry from ICICI Bank, posted in Bhopal region. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Programme (PGDB) from MAHE, Bengaluru as part of her training for ICICI Bank. Her academic career includes an MBA (Finance & HR) from MANIT, Bhopal. She is an engineering graduate in Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal.
