Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) Bhopal hosted an engaging two day long induction ceremony for its 24th MBA Batch for session 2020-22 comprising of 435 students (IPER MBA & IPER PGDM).

As Bhopal hailed its first monsoon showers, IPER, one of the leading B-Schools in Central India, opened its gates for the 2020-22 intakes of their flagship MBA Program 24th   Batch with the Theme “Head Start”.

“HeadStart” The Online  Induction Program for 24th Batch of  IPERMBA commenced with  Aspirations,  Excitement and  Promises of Fulfilling the Future Wishes.

The 24th  Batch of IPER-MBA started their  prosperous  journey on 19th November 2020 as they were a part of one of a kind Online Induction Program “HeadStart”

Day One of ” HeadStart” –  Induction  Program for IPERMBA “Class of 2020-22” started with the  blessings by Shri K. J. Rawtani Sir – Chairman –  Chaitanya  Shiksha  Samiti (The  Parent  Body of  IPER) where he not only made the  young students understand the  soul of  IPERMBA but also gave them  blessings for a  magnificent  future ahead.

The event continued with address by Dr. Amarjeet Singh Khalsa – Group Director – IPER Group of Institutions who welcomed the 24th Batch of Students at IPER-MBA and gave them the  Mantra for having a  vision towards being  successful in  Future through correct steps.

The Induction Program was  graced by  Chief  Guest Mr. Rajat Banerji – National Head, Corporate Affairs:  Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. who gave the students  vital points on being  Self  Reliant and how to have a  mindset of a  Successful  Entrepreneur.

Next Session was by the  Guest of  Honour Mr. Sakar Shrivastava – Director, Human Resources:  Ottobock Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. who gave fantastic  pointers on Do’s and Don’ts for  upcoming Two Years for the MBA Students.

The Young Batch then saw the IPER’s  Journey through a video  showcase and the  First  Session of Induction Program Concluded with  Vote of  Thanks proposed by Dr. Vaibhav Lowlekar – Chairman MBA Programme – IPER.

The Second Session started with  Faculty Introduction through Audio Visual Aid followed by Prof. Anil Purushothaman explaining and demonstrating the students about  IPER’s  Digital  Learning  Platform. The Next Activity “Voices  of  Batch 2020” witnessed students from 24th Batch of IPER MBA sharing their experiences and aspirations with everyone through the Digital Platform.

Day One of Induction Program concluded on a high note and with high hopes for forthcoming days and the immense opportunity of learning IPER holds for the Students. IPER  Welcomed the  Young and  Vibrant  Minds who will give  shape to the  Future of this  Country.

Day 2 of IPER MBA Online Induction Program “HeadStart” started with magnificent video messages from the Alumnus of IPER who shared their memories and gave very practical suggestions to the Fresh Batch for their success.

Mr. Siddhartha Srivastava (IPER-MBA Batch 1997) Senior Manager HR – Ericsson, Gurugram, Mr. Shoeb Farooq (IPER-MBA Batch 1997) Business Head – Triumph Motorcycles, New Delhi, Ms. Anuja Sharma (IPER-MBA Batch 2008) Manager HR – Shoppers Stop, Mumbai and Mr. Mohit Malviya (IPER-PGDM Batch 2009) Assistant Vice President – Home Credit Finance Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai shared their experiences of IPER and advised students to keep learning in each Activity of the Institution.

It was time to “Learn in Action” for the 24th Batch of IPERMBA when they interacted with their Senior Colleagues and participated in multiple Management Games. These Management Games were designed methodologically to not only act as Ice Breaker for the 24th Batch but also gave some vital learnings at the end of each game they played.

The Student Coordinators from 23rd Batch of IPERMBA not only made the younger batch comfortable but gave them the taste of what Life at IPER is all about. It was indeed a Day which encompassed “Learning in Action” for each IPERians.
