NSS & CSR Community Activity 24th August 2024

On August 24th, 2024, the vibrant campus of IPER UG came alive as the NSS & CSR Community hosted a day dedicated to Animal Welfare.

The event featured a special lecture by Dr. Neelam Kaur, a seasoned social activist and President of the Charitable Welfare Society for Humankind and Animals (CWSHA). Her inspiring words motivated students to actively contribute to animal welfare, emphasizing the role of young leaders in societal change.

Highlights of the day included:

1.⁠ ⁠Special Lecture on Animal Welfare and Support Schemes by Dr. Neelam Kaur.

2.⁠ ⁠Nukkad Natak Competition: Team Awaaz, comprising Priyanshu Pandey, Kushagara Sinha, Dhariya Bijlani, Palak Narwriya, and Manya Shrivastava, delivered a compelling performance that earned them the top spot.

3.⁠ ⁠Poster Making Competition: Neeraj Kumar (BBA 1st Year) emerged as the winner.

The day concluded on a high note with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Prof. Abhishek Jain, Dean of IPER UG, who commended the students for their enthusiasm and dedication.

The event not only highlighted the importance of animal welfare but also underscored the nurturing environment at IPER UG that encourages students to explore and excel in diverse areas.
