electrifying start to our Faculty Development Program on “Teaching Management Theories and Practices”!

A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. Suresh Kumar Jain, the Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and Guest of Honour, Dr. Vivek Sharma, Dean of the Faculty of Management at CRIM, Barkatullah University, Bhopal, for gracing us with their presence and sharing their invaluable insights. Prof. Jain emphasised the importance of having a “Learners” attitude in education, while Dr. Sharma highlighted the role of educators and leaders as catalysts for change.

Although unable to be physically present, Shri K. J. Rawtani, Chairman of Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti (The Parent Body of IPER), sent his heartfelt message for the audience, further highlighting the collective spirit of support and encouragement surrounding this program.

We were honored to kick off the session with a warm Welcome Address by Dr. Amarjeet Singh Khalsa, Group Director, IPER Group of Institutions. His inspiring words laid the foundation for an enlightening journey ahead.

In the second half, Dr. Khalsa briefed the participants about what they can expect in the coming week, promising a dynamic mix of interactive workshops, insightful discussions, and hands-on learning experiences.
