IPER- Focused Employability Module (FEM)

(Batch-2022-24)

A rigorous series of special employability linked interventions to prepare students for various campus recruitment opportunities. The “Focused Employability Module” (FEM) is a specialized placement preparation program designed to provide students with organization-specific orientation and awareness. This initiative is geared towards helping students prepare meticulously for upcoming job opportunities.

For the MBA batch 2022-24, following 3 FEM sessions have been conducted-

 

 

 

Deloitte Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. session series which beings from 06/09/2023 and ended on 22/09/2023 conducted by Prof. Abhishek Jain, the session was unification of classroom concepts understanding and lab practice session; with the purpose of 360 degree orientation of students regarding the necessary expected knowledge by a Tax Consultant.

 

 

 


Asian Paints Ltd. (14/10/2023)– This session was accompanied by our alumni  Mr. Anant Sharma (Batch- 2021-23- Currently Working with Asian Paints as Sales Executive) in virtual mode, where he shared the industry knowledge and experience of his interview with the participating student.

 


Nestle India Ltd. (17 & 19 /10/2023)- The 3rd FEM session was conducted in both the modes- physical and virtual. In the physical session, our enriched senior faculty Prof. Rahul Kumar Choubey delivered the prominent awareness related with the industry and company. The Virtual session was exhibited by the knowledge of our Alumni Mr. Shubham Tiwari (Batch- 2021-23- Currently working with Deloitte Consultancy as Tax Consultant & Ex-Nestle Employee).
