IPER UG student’s Industrial Visit @ Eicher Tractors 
Zeal- Corporate Interface Community of IPER UG organised a dynamic industrial visit to Eicher Tractors, Mandideep. 
This visit was more than a glimpse into the world of tractors; it was a journey into real-world manufacturing processes, operational intricacies, and cutting-edge technologies that fuel the industry.
The day began with a hearty welcome and an introduction to Eicher’s legacy, paving the way for an engaging factory tour. From Quality Control to Engineering and Innovation, Sustainability Initiatives to Interaction with Experts led by Ms. Bhagyashree Shekhawat, our students absorbed it all.
This visit was a catalyst for academic evolution and future careers. The invaluable insights gained will continue to shape their paths, bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world applications.
