Entrepreneurship Development Program Concludes
The 3-day Entrepreneurship Development Program at IPER Campus concluded on 7th May 2019. It was a joint initiative of IPER and Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP). A number of trainers of CRISP visited and took sessions on their subjects and shared their experience about entrepreneurship. All the participants utilized the opportunity provided by this platform and received achievement certificates.
Entrepreneurship Program – IPER and CRISP’s Joint Initiative
The General Manager and a profound senior trainer of CRISP, Mr. Mathew John took the session on Entrepreneurship Development and Startups. Mr. Mathew told the participants to have a clear vision & objective. He urged to stay focused while building your product to achieve the goal of a successful startup. Secondly, Mr. SK Verma (CRISP Trainer) taught the concept of Marketing Research and Research Methodology. Similarly, Mr. KK Pateria (CRISP Trainer) covered the Government Schemes available for entrepreneurship and startups. He also educated the participants about the Banking System and Loan Processing. Mr. Vineet Agarawal (Entrepreneur in Education Industry) took the session on the pros and cons of self-employment while Covering Computer Application concepts. Ms. Bhavna Tripathi (CRISP Trainer) taught the subject of communication and how to be an effective communicator.
What is Entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship is the process of designing, launching and running a new business. Entrepreneurs are the one who creates these businesses. The most successful entrepreneurs are those who are passionate about what they do. Entrepreneurship needs visualization, hard work, and risk-taking abilities which are driven by passion. Finally, to make participant understand this, the joint initiative was held by IPER and CRISP. In conclusion, all the participants received the achievement certificates and treasured the knowledge shared by the trainers of CRISP.
