GST A New Beginning – Seminar at IPER UG
A seminar cum lecture on “GST – A New Beginning” will be held for the undergrads studying in Commerce and management courses at IPER UG on 15th Feb 2018, Thursday (10.30 am to 13.40 pm).
The theme of the event is the influence of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on Indian economy. In this seminar organized by the “Zeal” Students Community at IPER UG, CA Siddhant Jain shall highlight the concept of GST, its need of implication, impact and benefits for the Indian Economy. Mr Siddhant Jain is a renowned CA in Bhopal. His area of expertise includes Indirect Taxes, Direct Taxes, Management Consultancy, Statutory Audits, Special Audits and Risk audits. He also undertakes sessions on Personality Development, Practice Development and Microsoft Excel at various platforms. It would be an opportunity for IPER UG students to get an understanding of GST and its provisions.
The introduction of the Goods and Services Tax is a landmark step in the field of taxations in India. It makes tax calculations convenient by merging a large number of central and state taxes into one.
