Concludes : Reflexions Season 3 - The Management Fest

The biggest management festival of IPER – “REFLEXIONS” got flagged off with the enlightening of the lamp on saturday by Mr Neeraj Jain, Circle Head- MP&CG, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd. . This two day annual event organized by IPER-MBA, packs various skill development games and contests for the congregation of business & management aspirants. An eagerly awaited platform for the students of various b-schools to participate,  share knowledge, skills and entertainment. Every challenge gives chance to show the different kinds of talent in terms of business and management.

” Wow !!!  Events like RefleXions are important for the young as its knowledge sharing , being innovative and thinking rationally cannot be taught formally. Corporates would need you to do the same and this is the practical knowledge you are gaining “, said Mr. Neeraj Jain while emphasizing on managing events and the impact it has in today’s corporate world.

Welcoming the audience, Mr Narendra Rawtani said, “There is a distinct change in the atmosphere these few days. I feel the joy, energy and the enthusiasm – and it has rubbed upon everyone. We have been pondering over whether we should be continue with RefleXions – but last year we saw students getting back to their studies the very next day after the event. RefleXions is an annual event – we have been doing that and we shall be continue doing that in the future as well”.
