Placement Chronicle 2013-14: Part 2
IPER (Institute of Professional Education & Research) Bhopal continued its annual campus recruitment or placement process for 2012-14 batch. GNA-InfoTech visited IPER’s campus as part of close campus drive for both PGDM & MBA students and IPER’s student participated in a pooled campus drive of ICICI Securities Ltd.
GNA (Globalized Network Associates) – INFOTECH is a professionally managed provider of facilities and services and has been in business of providing technology based services for over 6 years. GNA’s filed of expertise is in E-Commerce Websites/Software Development, Hospital Management Systems, School/Institute management, Shopping carts, Payment gateways, Simple websites, Web Programming, Web Designing, Web 2 Applications, Internet marketing, Rich Web Applications, etc…
GNA’s campus recruitment process for “Marketing Executive” position stared with company’s presentation which was all about IT/E-commerce DOMAIN information and company’s history, future plans, etc….After company’s presentation, actual recruitment process started as follows:
- No. of Student’s participated in Written Test – 35 (PGDM:16, MBA: 19)
- No. of Student’s cleared Written Test & participated in GD – 20 (PGDM:9, MBA: 11)
- No. of Student’s cleared GD & called for PI – 10 (PGDM:8, MBA: 2)
- Finally Shortlisted Students: – 8 (PGDM: 6, MBA: 2)

IPER’s students took part in pooled campus drive of ICICI Securities Ltd.’s at TIT, Bhopal. IPER students were accompanied by Prof. Sujoy Sen, Asst. Prof. (IPER). ICIC securities selected 6 students (PGDM: 1, MBA: 5) from IPER for “Management Trainee” position with a package of 3 Lakh per annum.

AIS Glass Solutions selected one student from IPER’s PGDM Programme as “Management Trainee – Marketing & Sales” with a package of 2 Lakh per annum
