Mentoring is important

Because students can learn a lot from mentors. Mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success in while you are at studies and beyond.

Opening lines of communication beyond academics to explore professional interests and future job possibilities are the outcomes of mentoring. This happens to be one of the high priorities of a student.

You will be allotted mentors who would be glad to assist you with your transition. We make sure that you have someone to ask those last minute questions.

A little effort, can help you excel both academically and socially.

Note: Induction program usually happens in August, post admissions .

The experience of a lifetime

IPER is an exciting, inclusive, and always-active community. Exercise your boundaries and grow into the confident, inquisitive, and spirited individual you were always meant to be.

Serve Your Community

You can contribute in many ways to the society. Like the National Service Scheme (NSS) – a voluntary effort from the students to help and serve some of the marginalised community.

Leadership

Get out of the classroom and get involved. We offer practically endless opportunities for student leadership and participation so you can get the most out of your Redlands experience.

Discover Youself

Every student who steps into college need not excel academically, but it should be a time and space where you discover yourself. At IPER, you get plenty of those.
