Students of MBA Class of 2017-19 stepped in for the first time at IPER Campus, as the Institution celebrated the 21st MBA College Induction Day. The Chief Guest on the Occasion was Dr. Sunil Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Rajeev Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidhyalaya, Bhopal, who was accompanied by Shri KJ Rawtani, Chairman, Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti and Shri RK Sadhwani, Secretary, Shri Narendra Rawtani, Treasurer of the Samiti and Dr. Amarjeet Singh Khalsa, Group Director.

The 3-day MBA College Induction Programme of the MBA titled “The Spark” commenced with Lamp lighting by the Guests followed by Dr. Sunil Kumar, Vice Chancellor RGPV Bhopal addressing the students on the occasion. Dr. Sunil emphasized on learning from the experiences that life has in offer. Citing examples from Industries in the Corporate sector and using quotes from Economics, Dr. Sunil said management education should be clubbed with behavioural science.

The welcome speech was given by Shri KJ Rawtani, Chairman of Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti (the Parent Body of IPER). Shri Rawtani thanked all Educationists, Recruiters and the Corporate arena for strengthening IPER as an Institution and said it would not have been possible for IPER to achieve the landmarks without their active presence. In his speech on this occasion of MBA College Induction Day, he reiterated the mantra of IPER as “Learning in Action” and said that its the reason of success for IPER. He also thanked the leading Management Institutions of the Country and faculties at IPER for raising the standards of Management Education in the past 2 decades.

On this Occassion, Dr. Amarjeet Singh Khalsa, Group Director of IPER welcomed all students of the 21st MBA Batch and explained the importance of Management Education. He congratulated all students for choosing the MBA course and wished all them success and achievements in the journey that is about to commence through the MBA Programme at IPER.

At the onset of “The Spark” MBA College Induction Day, student registration and kit distribution process was completed at IPER Campus. This batch of 300 students got admission through the Online Admission Counselling Process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh after successfully passing the CMAT exam earlier this year. IPER is the most acclaimed Private B-School of Central India since 1996, and has marked a niche in the MBA Education arena in the past 2 decades is today celebrating the 21st MBA College Induction Day with the MBA Class of 2017-19.

On the second leg of the Event Day, the students participated in various team building activities and journey through the past events through a video show titled “Glimpses” that was hosted by the senior batch students of MBA at IPER.
