IPER Technical Campus, Bhopal View mapSecond National Conference in IPER was held on 28th June 2018 at IPER Technical Campus, on the topic “Teaching Management in Dynamic Business Situation- Post-Economic Reforms (Phase 2)”. The event aimed to bring together faculties, practicing educators, scholars as well as consultants on a common platform. It provided an insight not only to management apprentices but to every individual is related to the field of Management and/or teaching.
The conference aimed to focus on the teaching pedagogy in management with the changing economic environment since the introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India. Recently, our Country has witnessed major economic reforms like demonetization and GST that has changed the way businesses work and report in financial and accounting terms. On the other hand, Management is the most dynamic branch of knowledge today. Teaching pedagogy used in management education is a challenge to both teachers and the practitioners. The budding and the practicing managers have to apply management skills in such a manner that they achieve the objective of wealth maximization of the stakeholders and thus the Nation.
