From Inclusion to Inspiration – IPER UG Hosts an Insightful NSS Orientation Program.
The NSS & CSR Community at IPER UG organized a NSS Orientation Program exclusively for first-year students on 27th September 2024 at the IPER Auditorium.
The highlight of the day was an inspiring session with Arushi, a society dedicated to empowering people with disabilities and marginalised communities. Our esteemed guests, Dr. Rohit Trivedi and Mr. Sharad Patekar, shared their experiences of working with the children of Arushi, encouraging students to see them as individuals with special qualities.
The session touched the audience deeply, especially when three young participants from Arushi recited poems and shared their experiences, leaving everyone moved and motivated to contribute to social causes.
The second half featured a formal NSS orientation, with Dr. Rahul Singh Parihar, Program Officer at Barkatullah University, and Dr. Anant Kumar Saxena, NSS Program Coordinator, enlightening students on the benefits of becoming NSS volunteers and how it can transform their personalities.
