Sports Day @ SAI : IPER MBA Event, Abhiyan – Khel
When we discuss about the sports so there is always something to have fun, whether it is local school level event of sports or a college level. Every individual enjoy the sports activities as per their interests and passion.
IPER organized an event “Abhiyan – Khel” as sports day for its Management students on 19th November 2016 at the SAI Sports Authority of India and saw tremendous participation with zeal in almost all the activities like Cricket, athletics, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Kho-Kho.
All the participants were announced to Prof. (Dr.) A. S. Khalsa, Group Director, IPER Group of Institutions and the event got flagged off with races for 100 and 400 meters. The Athletic teams were divided into groups of Girls and Boys. Firstly, 100 meters race was started between the boys and after that girls and took out the students for final race according to the results. Aarti Chichole, Mohd. Salman Khan, Karnika Rai, Ajeet Singh, Piyushi Jain and Shaban Raja was the winners and runner-ups of race.
Sports day was filled with lots of games and the next activity was a league cricket match and the winning team of the league was MBA Secion-3. It concluded Table Tennis activity which was won by two students of PGDM – Garima and Faiz. As well as, the Volleyball winner team was also MBA Section 3 team.
At last, Kho-kho was especially conducted for management girls and the winning team was MBA Section 4 Team. The Sports Day ended with overwhelming participation of IPER MBA & PGDM students which makes this event successful and memorable.
