RefleXions Season 3 - Management First, and at Core

“RefleXions Season 3 had more number of participants than what we saw last year. With exams around we didnt expect this turnover – expected last minute cancellation of participation”, quipped Professor Mahesh Soni as he glimpsed over the participation list and presided over the meeting of the Hospitality team lead at IPER Campus on sunday.

RefleXions is an annual showcase of the IPER-MBA’s creative and artistic endeavors aimed at management festival. RefleXions has a wider canvas as its a collaborative effort tying IPER management students with the broader management community. An event, where participation is by invitation and exclusively for management students of Bhopal. The fest offered a platform to the students of management community from various colleges  to showcase their managerial efficiency through a plethora of games both online and offline. Musician Shailendra & group put across an exhilarating performance on concluding day of the event,

“We surveyed the students to see what activities would rejuvenate the youth – and it was easy for us to pick as we had a majority of students opting for musics, play and corporate swag,” explained Himanshu Agrawal, a student coordinator for the festival. Our approach was quite simple, adds Kirti – “We had conceived a micro- website – and approached management students through social media, college contacts and sought an online request-for-invitation. Once the invitation committee received the request-for-participation, they would verify-contact and confirm the participation. We had the website go-live on 26th of November.”

RefleXions was presided over by corporate diginatires,our group director Dr. AS Khalsa and Mr. R.K. Sadhwani, Secretary, Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti and declared as open by Mr Narendra Rawtani our Founder Member & Treasurer, Chaitanya Shiksha Samiti .

RefleXions – being in it third year is awaited eagerly as it has become a benchmark of management events in the city as it packs a varied extravaganza of competitions.

Hospitality members ensured that every participant is welcomed , taken care of and even encouraged to participate. The audience members were excorted to IPER’s auditorium. “Melt your brains in the web of competitions which seek the knack of managerial abilities and we ensure unfathomable complexities”, laughs Iti Sharma -student coordinator for the RefleXions event. “I have seen people enjoying the plethora of programs and the twists that we pack at RefleXions”, adds Kirti Sharma, team coordinator, Invitation – Team.

Though there is lots of activities to be chronicled in the later updates to this post, after all  RefleXions happen to be the most awaited annual Management Fest of creativity, grooming and audience participation.
