Summer Placements 2014-16 Starts
The Summer Internship/Placement Process for the postgraduate (PGDM & MBA) students at the Institute of Professional Education and Research kicked off on Wednesday, 18th March 2015.
This year IPER started its summer placement process by inviting one of its regular recruiters i.e. Shoppers Stop (SS) – the leading name in Reatil sector. IPER welcomed the following dignitaries from SS – Mr. Satyashish Banerjee (Customer Care Associate & Sr. Manager – Mumbai), Mr. Arya Singh (Customer Care Associate & Unit HR – Bhopal) and Ms. Anuja Sharma (Customer Care Associate & Unit Head – Bhopal)
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Satyashish Banerjee, explained the growth potential of Retail sector in Indian economy and especially students own career growth at SS as company is planning to open 10 retail outlet every year for next couple of years.
This time SS is offering paid intern-ship to IPER students. After the rigorous screening process comprising of written test, GD & PI; company selected 3 students as Marketing Intern (2 from MBA & 1 from PGDM) and 1 student as HR Intern (from MBA)
