His focus has been on software requirement gathering for the enterprises, ranging from food & beverages industry to travel business in UK.

Prof. (Dr.) Sneha Shukla holds PhD in Human Resource Outsourcing Practices in Services Industry in India, MBA in Human Resource Management from BU Bhopal, and is also a Science Graduate from DAVV Indore.
